MIMIC is desktop software ("the Software") that monitors public on-chain transactions on Polygon and the Polymarket protocol, and — when configured by you — mirrors those transactions from your own wallet. The Software is provided by an independent developer ("we", "us", "MIMIC") and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket Inc., Polymarket Holdings, or any of their subsidiaries.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in cryptocurrency and prediction-market activity in your jurisdiction. If your local laws prohibit prediction markets or copy-trading, do not use MIMIC.
You sign in to mimic.bet with an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We do not store passwords — sign-in uses one-time email links and/or OAuth (Google). You may not share your account, transfer it, or use it on behalf of anyone else without our written permission.
MIMIC runs on your machine. Your wallet keys never leave your device. We do not custody your funds. We cannot move, freeze, or recover them. If you lose your private keys or seed phrase, we cannot help.
Pro and Elite tiers are paid subscriptions ("Subscription"). By subscribing you authorize us (via our payment processor, Square) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for Monthly plans, or a single charge for Lifetime plans.
See our full Refund Policy. Short version: Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and are not pro-rated. Lifetime plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet activated the software's full feature set.

MIMIC does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Software simply executes the trades you configure it to mirror. Past performance of any wallet, market, or strategy is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency and prediction-market activity carries significant risk of loss, up to and including the loss of your entire balance.
The Software is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, latency, or that any specific trade will execute as expected. Network outages, RPC failures, exchange downtime, and other factors beyond our control may cause trades to fail or perform differently than expected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MIMIC, its developer, or any contributor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 — whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIMIC and its developer from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Software; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) your trading activity.
You may stop using MIMIC at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or if continuing to provide service to you would expose us to legal risk. On termination, your Subscription ends and your access reverts to Free tier (you may continue using the Free tier under these same terms).
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and on mimic.bet. Continued use of MIMIC after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
