Refund Policy
When you get your money back.

TL;DR. Monthly: cancel any time, no refund on already-paid month — you keep access until the end of the period. Lifetime: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you contact us. After 7 days lifetime is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@mimic.bet.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You retain Pro / Elite access until the period ends, then revert to Free.
- We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.
- You will not be billed again after cancelling.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases ($199.99 for Pro Lifetime, $499.99 for Elite Lifetime) are refundable in full under these conditions:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
- You have not used the software's premium features substantially (defined as: fewer than 25 copied trades placed by the bot using your Lifetime tier).
- You request the refund by emailing support@mimic.bet from the email address on the account, with the subject "Lifetime refund request".
After 7 days, or after the trade threshold above, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. This is because the Software has been delivered and you've had a meaningful opportunity to use it.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Square, our payment processor, to the original payment method. Square typically reflects the refund within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's not refundable
- Trading losses from copies made by MIMIC. The Software does what you configure it to do; we cannot refund losses on third-party markets.
- Refund requests outside the windows above.
- Refunds requested via chargeback without first contacting support@mimic.bet — we will dispute chargebacks initiated without a prior support contact.
Refund disputes
If your refund request is declined and you believe the decision was wrong, you can appeal by replying to the support thread. We will review each appeal personally. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may pursue any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
