TL;DR. MIMIC is software that mirrors public on-chain trades. Whether you make or lose money is entirely your decision. We don't give financial advice. We're not affiliated with Polymarket. Trade at your own risk.

Not affiliated with Polymarket

MIMIC is independent third-party software built by an independent developer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Polymarket Inc., Polymarket Holdings, or any of their subsidiaries. "Polymarket" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe the protocol MIMIC interacts with.

Not financial or investment advice

MIMIC is a tool. It does not offer financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. It does not recommend any specific wallet, trader, market, or trade. Any wallet you choose to mirror, any market you participate in, and any amount you risk is entirely your decision.

Before using MIMIC you should:

Risk of loss

Cryptocurrency and prediction-market trading carry significant risk of loss, up to and including the loss of your entire balance. Past performance of any wallet, trader, or strategy is not indicative of future results. Copying another trader's moves does not guarantee profit; it copies their losses just as faithfully as their wins.

No custody, no warranty

MIMIC runs locally on your machine. We do not hold, move, or have access to your funds, your seed phrase, or your private keys at any time. MIMIC is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MIMIC disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the software.

Jurisdictional notice

Prediction markets, copy-trading, and cryptocurrency activity may be restricted, regulated, or prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws. If using MIMIC would violate the laws of your country, state, or locality, do not use it.

Public on-chain data only

MIMIC reads publicly broadcast on-chain transactions. It does not access any private information, insider data, or non-public sources. The wallets it mirrors are visible to anyone on the blockchain — MIMIC simply automates a workflow you could perform manually.

No guarantees of performance, uptime, or accuracy

MIMIC is software running on systems we control (and on systems the user controls). We make no guarantee that signals will be captured, that copies will execute, that fills will match the target's, that prices, latencies, or limits will match marketing copy, or that the bot will be available at any given time. Network outages, RPC failures, exchange downtime, and other factors beyond our control may cause trades to fail or perform differently than expected.

Affiliate program — how commission is calculated and paid

MIMIC's affiliate program pays revenue share for referring paying subscribers. Important terms:
